§ 30-13. Storage of mobile rollout containers.

(a)

Mobile rollout refuse receptacles returned to curbside after collection shall then be removed to the approved storage location on the day of collection. The property owner, agent, or occupant shall be responsible for such removal.

(b)

Hardship cases such as age, disability or infirmity, when confirmed by the public works director, may be afforded the special service of refuse receptacle carryout.
