§ 6-111. Rules.

  • The town manager may by administrative policy establish rules and regulations for hunting in the town. Such rules and regulations may include: hours of hunting, locations for hunting, registration procedures, and other rules, regulations and requirements which the town may establish. However, no such rule, regulation or requirement shall conflict with hunting standards as adopted by the state wildlife resources commission.
