§ 48-664. Denial of application.

When the board of commissioners denies an application, the board of commissioners shall not consider another application for the same or similar amendment until the expiration of a twelve-month period, extending from the date of denial. If the request involves a zoning map amendment request, no similar amendment request affecting the same property or a portion thereof, shall be considered within the same time period. No such limitations shall apply to applications or requests submitted by Town staff or any Town board.
