§ 48-376. Internet sweepstakes machines.

Internet or electronic sweepstakes machines are allowed only as an accessory use to a principal use listed in the C-3 commercial services district providing the following requirements are met:
(a)

Only two internet or electronic sweepstakes machines shall be permitted per principal use.

(b)

Operating hours of the internet or electronic sweepstakes machines shall be the same as the normal operating hours of the principal use in which it is located.

(c)

All applicable state and local regulation's and license requirements for internet sweepstakes machines shall be met.
