§ 48-86. Soil erosion and sedimentation control; fill, stormwater and run-off management, and flood damage prevention.

(a)

Soil erosion and sedimentation control shall be in accordance with chapter 28 of this Code, soil erosion and sedimentation control.

(b)

Use of fill, stormwater and run-off management shall be in accordance with chapter 34 of this Code. Additional prescriptive requirements for specific types of developments are specified in the various zoning district regulations.

(c)

Flood damage prevention shall be in accordance with article II, chapter 22 of this Code, flood damage prevention. Additional prescriptive requirements for specific types of development are specified in the various zoning district regulations.
