§ 44-133. Exemptions from division provisions.

(a)

Any developer holding a permit issued by the petroleum division of the department of conservation and development under G.S. 113-378 et seq. shall be exempt from the provisions of this division.

(b)

Any person or any developer constructing a well for which the aggregate pumping capacity shall not exceed 100,000 gallons per day shall be exempt from the provisions of this division.
