§ 42-91. Riding bicycle or motorcycle.

  • (a)

    Passenger on handlebars, tank or frame. No operator of a motorcycle, or bicycle, when upon a street, shall carry any person upon the handlebar, frame or tank of any such vehicle, nor shall any person so ride upon any such vehicle.

    (b)

    On sidewalk; without hands on handlebars. No person shall ride a bicycle or motorcycle on any street without having his hands upon the handlebars, nor shall any person ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk or walkway within the town except on the multiuse pedestrian path.
