§ 12-12. Reasons for refusal or revocation of license or registration.

The tax collector shall refuse to issue a license or registration or shall revoke a license for either of the following reasons:
(1)

The applicant misrepresents a fact relevant to the amount of tax or fee due or his qualifications for a license or registration; or

(2)

The applicant refuses to provide information necessary to complete the amount of tax or fee due.
